The dust mini detectors are suitable for any type of filtering plant or chimney. The electrostatic charges present in the dust are captured by an electrode submerged in gaseous flow and processed to obtain an electric signal proportional to their quantity.

This case simulates a demonstration plant dust emission on which is installed a detector triboelectric powder. The conduit is mounted a small fan which conveys the test dust on the electrode of the probe.

• The probe led flashes green until the end of time to warm-up and test the insulation of the electrode
• The end of the warm-up is reported steady green LED
• When the threshold is exceeded alert the device beeps and the LED turns yellow
• When the threshold is exceeded Alarm device beeps and the LED turns red and button
